Olmosdon – Moldova’s largest service center for trucks, carsand passenger vehicles, which also provides services for the sale of vehicle parts and accessories.
When developing the corporate website for the company, we were tasked with integrating the functions of an online store into the resource, making it as easy as possible for customers to find the right spare parts. To achieve this we have added the functions of an online store with a personal account for dealers to the corporate website. For the convenience of users we have implemented the function of search for spare parts by VIN-number, car model and part number.
The user can get acquainted with the information about the company, send a CV for posted vacancies, find the nearest company services and sign up for maintenance. A multi-level search of parts allows the customer to easily find the position s/heneeds and place an order for delivery and installation.
We are working with Meta Company for more than two years in assisting our 1C configuration, for this reason when it was taken the decision to change our old website for selecting auto parts, we addressed to the same company. The futureexchange of data between 1C and the website served by the same company, was considered by us to be a particular advantage to avoid running between contractors.
Despite the fact that the selection of auto parts is not simple, the work has been done and we have no pretentions. It was performed the exchange of data with three external services, as well as 3 options for selecting auto parts: by car’s VINcode, number of the spare part or by choosing from the model range of cars. We have already plans for future projects and we will continue to work with the same team.

Integration with three external services
When a user leaves a request to search for a spare part, the catalogue automatically turns to third-party services to search for all similar offers by spare part number, choosing the best delivery options. To check the volume of stocks, the website also refers to an external accounting system, which allows the buyer to provide accurate information about the availability of selected goods.
When searching for parts by VIN number, the website automatically turns to specialized catalogues with original spare part numbers from car manufacturers. This allows simultaneous speeding up of the search for the desired product item and avoiding errors when searching and placing an order.
